Terms & Conditions
Reservations:
We advise you or your guests to make advance reservations for a car, which comes at no additional cost, to guarantee availability upon pick-up. Alternatively, we can provide a vehicle on short notice, subject to availability, through phone or online bookings. Our commitment to punctuality is such that your driver will arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, or your ride is free. To qualify for this guarantee, customers must make reservations online at least 24 hours in advance, excluding delays due to weather. This offer covers the base fare up to $100 and excludes tolls, tips, and surcharges.
Flat Rate Reservations
Flat rate reservations include tolls and taxes in the final rate, ensuring transparency with no hidden fees. Gratuity is optional and not mandatory.
Gratuity
Much like service professionals in various fields, such as hotel concierges, valet attendants, and waitstaff, our town car and limousine service drivers take pride in delivering top-notch service tailored to your needs and preferences. They play a crucial role in ensuring your experiences, whether a brief ride or a day-long tour, run smoothly. It’s essential to recognize their dedication appropriately. While many car services add a 20% gratuity to the fare, we do not include it, making it at your discretion. We recommend a gratuity of 10% to 20% as considered acceptable.
Tolls
Round trip tolls are billed to the customer based on the chosen route unless a flat rate is provided. We collect tolls but do not impose additional charges.
Meet & Greet
Our Meet and Greet Airport Service is available at an extra charge. Any parking and waiting time charges, if incurred, will be billed to your account or credit card. The driver will meet you by the baggage claim or customs exit, holding a sign with your last name, and assist with your luggage. This package includes a complimentary 30 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights, starting from the arrival time.
Parking
All parking fees and airport regulatory charges, usually ranging from $8.00 to $16.00, are additional expenses that go directly to airport parking lots. We do not impose these fees.
Holiday Surcharges
Additional charges may apply for trips on holidays and during severe weather conditions. These surcharges are applicable on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas Day, Fourth of July, and Thanksgiving Day.
Waiting Time
For airport pickups, we allow a grace period of 30 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights, following the reported flight arrival time. After this grace period, waiting time is charged in 10-minute increments. Billing starts after the grace period, determined by the official time of arrival (ETA). For train station pickups, billing commences at the scheduled pickup time since train schedules cannot be monitored.
Damages Resulting From Your Actions
We cannot be held liable for inconveniences such as car breakdowns, delayed arrivals, failure to deliver promised services, damage, or other disruptions. Customer compensation is limited to the value of the unused ticket purchased. Therefore, it’s essential to acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions before using our services.
Disclaimer
Levern Group Transportation will charge for cleaning or repairs if you or your authorized party cause damage or get sick in the vehicle. You are responsible for covering all related fees and charges to restore the vehicle to its normal condition.

If you wish to book a car less than 2 hours before your desired time, please check car availability by calling us at +1(407) 919-3942. We strongly recommend verifying your flight departure time, especially during peak travel hours or in adverse weather conditions, to account for possible delays
